Humilladero 3,500 people live and the Mayor could not decide, who give the few jobs there.

The Mayor of the Andalusian city of Humilladero hears every day in his Office the evidence of their fellow citizens, sometimes, that more devastated by looking for a job and deserve to eat money and pay for housing.
