memo letter for business and department

how to write in memo paper?

many people always confuse how to write memo.. memo is simple massage but legal at all corporation or government office.. memo function is to do some job fast time ( this time). memo letter is sort massage but must clear word and massage.

better memo letter is only one paragraph, and simple word.. on memo must have date, name and signature. some memo paper has a department or corporate logo. logo is not the requirement.

  1. on the top is date of memo
  2. content of memo
  3. and the last is name and signature of memo letter.

memo does cause some time an a corporate or department need to do job faster at suddenly case.
