my letter will lose on your pocket

a time of letter ago, i have question to my manager on my corporate.. where business letter from our neighbor corporate? he say "nope", its what the mean of nope, this is a business.. a world will be flood if all manager like my manager.

some time we needed to save all file more better than before.. its make our data so easy to search on time.. like a letter, that is a good of a corporate business, that business is bog or a small business..

may be on our each one room in our office must be any one special room for saving some letter and file. some peoples may be think that is a not must be do.. but when they are need a sample for a latter got confused at all time, throw to bed.

thinking about letter is a simple and not fluency is a stupid thinking.. so when ever your read and write a letter you must save they are on your better place for saving, like to save some money or gold.
